Consultation

If you are a new client...

First of all, thank you for your interest in our services! Please contact us with any questions you may have.  Prior to starting service, it is our policy that we set up a free, informal consultation at your home. 

At the consultation meeting we will meet you and your pets and go over details of the visits. It is at this time that we will discuss everything from your pets' feeding schedules, medication, preferences and quirks and location of leashes and treats, to vet and emergency info, the details of your trip, our policies and answer any questions that you may have.  We will collect keys and full payment at this time as well.  These meetings are approximately an hour long, but will last as long as it takes to make sure all important information is covered!
